Recommended Service: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Nexbuy LLC is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping & Handling: Original shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Payment Processing Fees: Stripe transaction fees (e.g., 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are non‑refundable and retained by Stripe as per their policy.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, please follow the return process and specify the replacement item SKU or details.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
