At Nexbuy LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order doesnβt meet your expectations, we offer a simple return and refund process.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for the following:

To be eligible, the product must be in new condition and the return request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at golfcart@nexbuyllc.com and include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos, if applicable
Returns must be dropped off at a designated return location. Instructions will be provided upon approval.
2. Return Method & Fees

3. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In brand new condition (unused, undamaged)
- Returned in its original or secure packaging
- Free from wear, damage, or unauthorized modifications
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Weβll cover all return costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation is only possible if the item has not yet shipped.
